CONTACT YOUR AGENT

You will want to contact your insurance agent to make a claim and give a description of the accident.

DETERMINE IF DEDUCTIBLE IS NEEDED

After contacting your agent and giving a description of the accident, your agent should be able to tell you if there will be a deductible needed. This however is not true 100% of the time. Your agent should explain the amount of the deductible and how it works.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS

You the vehicle owner, have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired. IT'S THE LAW. No insurance company can interfere with that right. FYI: After an accident you may take your car directly to Mann's Collision Center for repairs. The insurance company will come to our shop to see your car.

RENTAL CAR

If you are a claimant in an accident (someone else is at fault) you should be provided with a rental car during the repair process. If you are not a claimant, check with your insurance agent for rental coverage. Mann's Collision Center will arrange pick-up and drop-off for your rental car, so you don't have to worry about a ride.
